Chocolate Cookies with Minty Chips

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
It is more white here than green with snow we received overnight and today.
So, I made a batch of chocolaty cookies with dark chocolate and mint chips.
My family gave them a thumbs up!

More snow! It has to end sometime. Maybe this is the last. The cookies look so good. I'm glad you broke one open so we could see how pretty they are inside. When we had our third grand girl/boy reveal DIL somehow baked pink or blue into the inside of the what looked like a regular chocolate chip cookie. This was the third child. :-) The others were cakes etc. bigger deals!
