With a Grateful Prayer and a Thankful Heart: Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Crackers

Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Crackers

A quick treat for Valentine's Day.
Made with just a few ingredients
Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Crackers
PRINT DIRECTIONS
Simply melt a bag of chocolate disks (I used dark chocolate)
Spread peanut butter on a cracker and top with another cracker.
Dip in melted chocolate and place on pan lined with waxed paper.
Sprinkle with colorful decorations
Cool in the refrigerator until hardened
Treats are always better when shared with someone.
And I had someone on my mind when making these.
My dear friend, currently living in Texas, sent this pretty table scarf to me via another friends recent visit.
I love linens and the embroidery on this piece is so pretty.
Even though it is intended for Christmas with tiny boughs of pine and holly, red cardinal and Amaryllis, I think it works for Valentine's Day too.
I took notice of the capital 'L' in red and thought it extra special ;)
If my friend were here for a visit we would definitely enjoy a cup of tea together and some treats.
She would bring her infectious smile and words of encouragement because that is one of her gifts.
She would lend a listening ear, maybe share a Bible verse and there would be laughter and a hug.
Thinking of good times with friends as I put this vignette together.

Boy do those chocolate covered peanut butter crackers look GOOD and so easy. I'm going to put them on my list to do. Also love the embroidery. I so agree it does go well with Valentines too. I have some things up that are really for Christmas but have alot of hearts in them so use them for Valentines too. Love decorations that can be used for double duty. Happy Valentines Day to you Lorraine.

Hugs,

Nann
