Baking Peanut Butter Crisscrosses with my Helper ~ TWD

Tuesdays With Dorie baker, Jasmine of
Peanut Butter Crisscrosses
My little helper was glad she did!
She measured and poured...
and whisked...
 and licked the paddle...
 and tasted.
Her opinion...
"Lets make these again.  Cookies are fun!"
~*~
Dorie's recipe was very similar to my Peanut Butter Cookie recipe.
She said the dough would be "soft. pliable (mushable, actually)".
My dough was way too sticky to roll into balls with my hands. I adding additional flour and even then, I just dropped the tablespoonfuls into the bowl of sugar to coat before making the crisscrosses and placing onto the sheet.
Not sure why I needed extra flour but the cookies turned out great!
Visit Jasmine's blog for the recipe.

Yummmy!

That would have to be one of my favourite types of cookie. I will pop over to Jasmine's blog and grab that recipe! Thank you to you and your sweet little helper for this delicious post!

Best wishes,
Natasha.
