I love lilacs! I even posted about them on my photo blog today. : )
I'm trying to figure out exactly how to prune a lilac bush. we've had ours for about 6 years and I've never done anything to do. It's pretty sparse & lanky.

Your photos are beautiful. I love the lilacs with the white Bible ~ so pretty!

I love lilacs. I need to plant one in my yard. I had one in my previous home and I miss it. Happy Monday, Joan

Lilacs! Such a fabulous flower, singly or by the armful!

I saw in your sidebar that you do scherenschnitte - my mom and I cut paper Christmas tree garlands of angels, trees, snowflakes and santas - nice to know there's another afcianando out there!

I can smell them! Beautiful photos.

My lilacs are just beginning to come out and I am waiting for the day I walk out my back door and am accosted by their enticing smell.

Beautiful lilacs. I so wish I had one of those. I just love the smell of them. When I walk in the park down the street from me I always stop and smell the lilacs for a minute or two before I move along.

Lilacs are my favorite, so beautiful and smell so wonderful, I am waiting for ours to bloom, this is the first year the rabbits didn't do some serious trimming to our new little bushes!
