Shadow Shot Sunday #90 ~

I am sorry for the boring Shadow pics ~ I am finding them harder to capture than I thought. I see lots of shadows but either they are not interesting or I'm just not shooting them very well.
Any tips?

I like how you shot a color picture but it looks black and white - not boring at all! It's fun to get a glimpse of other people's neighborhoods.

We don't often admire the simple beauty found just outside our door. The snow is a fine canvas for shadow artistry, the bare trees a fine subject. With the sun and blue sky the morning after a brief snow, this is a beautiful picture. Yours is a nice neighborhood here!

Don't be discouraged. These pictures are interesting. They draw the eye, and make me want to look again! Keep up the good work!

I love the branch shadows reaching across the snow! Something we hardly ever see in GA!

Very crisp, detailed capture. I love the branches against the snow and I think it's a great shot! There's lots of detail to be seen and I always enjoy seeing those.

Hi LDH....Thought the shadows of the trees and branches on the snow were very effective. Think I would have gotten rid of the car and just concentrated on the trees. Sincerely, Susan from writingstraightfromtheheart.blogspot.com

My tip is to look at the whole picture: maybe the shadows are not that interesting alone, but the picture IS interesting. So find a good picture (that is, one YOU like) that has the element of the meme and submit that.

This one tells a story: Leaving home early on a sunny winter morning. I think it is a very good shot.

Hmmm. I think all of us who live in snowy climates are probably beginning to think all our photos look the same. :)

I like the shadow of the trees on thee snow. Thanks for coming by to visit me and leaving such a nice comment. This is my first visit to your blog, and I just want to say that you do not look old enough to have 9 grandchildren! I have 4 grands, and I now know that I never knew what "fun" was until I had grands! laurie

Hey girl, this is a good shadow shot! Snow always makes such beautiful shadows. Maybe because it's like a clean, white slate. ;<)
