I Spy with My Little Eye...

so many interesting things to see!
Since Abbey was a tot we made our annual trek to the hibiscus bush for a picture of her dear little face beside a ginormous blossom. She no longer participates in this tradition *snif*, but I found a little one who would. (ginormous is an Abbey word just in case you couldn't guess)
Look what else Ella and I found... an "UG-ie" bug" (cicada shell after it had molted)
another one...
a tiny lady bug...
a very tame baby bunny... (quit content, I'm sure, from a tummy full of pretty annuals)
and lot of these!Click here to see a fascinating animation of a cicada molting!

Oh, my goodness gracious! I didn't think that flower was real! It looks like a giant impatient plant! Hibiscus, huh? I guess I have never *met* one in person and never thought that a flower got that big! Learn somethin' new every day!
Darling baby, bunny and butterflies but the bug!~ no thanks! I agree ~ "UGIE"!
Blessings!

Ginormous indeed. Maybe Abbey will get past that stage and co-operate once again - keep asking! I'll pass on the cicada molting thanks lol!

Oh, I love the sweet bunny. I used to have a bunny as a pet and he was so affectionate and funny. Of course, he chewed everything he could get a hold of..... :0)

Thanks for stopping by to visit Star's fault. I have my supplies out to make sourdough and will be blogging about it later this week!

Blessings ~ Eileen @ Star's Fault.
